I want to take Japanese two next year in my school and skip japanese 1. I need to know what this means but, I can’t find a correct answer! The class knows very little japanese so far and can only read hiragana. I know that gozen means, morning, desu means is or am, but what about kujihan? I’ve corrected a few errors on the worksheets already but I still can’t find one even with different dakuten. Help?!

  • You’re right! Gozen means AM( Gogo means PM).

For “kuji-han”, ku-ji , ku means the number 9( we usually call “kyuu”) , ji means time, Han means half.
