  • You’re welcome.

Edit: I would’ve answered, but I believe either #1 or #2 could be correct.

  • 1 and 2

  • Are you joking? Are we even talking about the same book?

1-reveals things about our innermost motives,

What? you mean like ɾąքҽ , greed, torture, murder that kind of innermost motives? or the part where they believe in a fantasy creator dude.

2-demonstrates the validity of the chosen people

    Prejudice is a value?

3-reveals how to foretell the future

The book was written after all the things happened, then they said that things that had already happened had been predicted. Wish I could convince the lottery, that I pick my numbers only after they announce the winning number.

4-demonstrates how to select the correct religious denomination

Once again, when did being prejudiced and acting superior become a value?

  • None of the above!

The Bible is not a manual to decipher the unknown, to prognosticate human patterns or to detect true worship…

The Bible is a compilation of Sacred Writings that offer us the Word of Yahweh God through historical accounts, temporal and spiritual revelations (prophecies), and high doses of what God expects from His followers and the Promise of temporal and spiritual Blessings.

Since it is God’s Word, it contains information that can help us in both our temporal and spiritual lives. But it is not a dummy guide to the universe. Though it stands alone as a source book; the actual benefits cannot be gained through intellectual (human knowledge) means alone; we must allow God’s Holy Spirit to guide us and reveal to us God’s Truth.

9 but it is as scripture says: What no eye has seen and no ear has heard, what the mind of man cannot visualise; all that God has prepared for those who love him; 10 to us, though, God has given revelation through the Spirit, for the Spirit explores the depths of everything, even the depths of God. 11 After all, is there anyone who knows the qualities of anyone except his own spirit, within him; and in the same way, nobody knows the qualities of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now, the Spirit we have received is not the spirit of the world but God’s own Spirit, so that we may understand the lavish gifts God has given us. 13 And these are what we speak of, not in the terms learnt from human philosophy, but in terms learnt from the Spirit, fitting spiritual language to spiritual things. 14 The natural person has no room for the gifts of God’s Spirit; to him they are folly; he cannot recognise them, because their value can be assessed only in the Spirit. 15 The spiritual person, on the other hand, can assess the value of everything, and that person’s value cannot be assessed by anybody else. 16 For: who has ever known the mind of the Lord? Who has ever been his adviser? But we are those who have the mind of Christ. (1 Corinthians 2:9-16)
