I know Family Portrait by P!nk, I think it’s alright but it’s not my favorite.
Not too much screamo, just a slow melody. Sad sad music. Or just any other sad, depressing music.
On Tumblr, I remember seeing a post with names of many bands and what they write about, like family problems, love, heartbreak, depression, and etc. If you know the band they listed for writing about family problems then thank you so so much please put it in the answer below. (-:

Anarbor: is a great band, if you like Mayday then you’ll love these guys. They make rock music but no scream.
Cartel: if you like preppy boy rock (another fav band)
The fray: nearly everything they make is sad but good
Panic at a disco: I love love love this rock band, great music
Never Shout NEVER: great most of there songs bring me to tears. The album ‘what is love?’ Is awesome.
Ron Pope is also good for sad stuff
Begin again from Measure also a sad one
