No rum but i do have vodka, would that even be good? If so what quantities?

You CAN use vodka, but it won’t add any flavor to the drink, which is the main reason one would add booze to eggnog. Okay, the buzz doesn’t suck, either.
I prefer my ‘nog with bourbon. Brandy is also acceptable.

Of course! Vodka is one of the most tasteless liquors there is. If you want your eggnog to have a little kick, but still taste like eggnog, Vodka is your best choice. Don’t go with an expensive brand, though – you won’t notice the difference if it’s in eggnog.
My favorite is Ruskova.. Very affordable.

You can get away with vodka, but I’d rather see you use brandy or even gin. If you go with vodka, you’ll need something to give it some flavor. If you end up using the vodka, try to sneak in a little Baileys, that may even out the flavors just enough for you.

Ewwuh! Eggnog is better by itself.

Yes you can use vodka but it will not taste right. If you have no rum, use brandy.

Interesting question!

I WAS THINKING OF PART VODKA AND PART BRANDY. ALSO, ADD A LITTLE COFFEE LIQUER (KAPALI BRAND) TO EACH INDIVIDUAL DRINK.
