Delivery exceptions means FedEx guy came to deliver to your package, but no one there to answer the door to sign for the package. They usually came back the next day, and they will attempt 3 time to deliver the package (once on a different day). If you don’t have any notice from the fedex guy, you can call FedEx (1.800.Go Fedex) and just give the representative your tracking #. You can ask them where they hold the package and pick them up by yourself, or just make sure tomorrow there will be someone to receive the package (any adult will do). Remember, they will make 3 attempt on delivery and after that they will hold the package on the Fedex local station before it ship back to the shipper. Good Luck!

what is the it the stated the delivery exception? you computer? If you sign up for alerts by email then there is no need to send a truck to your door that is why you did not get a notice. they would be double working, and wasting gas.
