Recently on my phone i received a text message “You are currently not allowed to use this service. Please Contact customer care support. Msg 2126” does anyone know the reason’s as to why I would get this? could I have missed a payment, is it some error, legal issue? What O.o Thank you very much for answering

What that most likely means is that there is a provisioning problem on their end. As long as you are paid up and all, that is the most likely cause. Give the tech support people a call and they should be able to reprovision you pretty quickly.
