Your figure didn’t come through in the question.
Basically, you add up all the sides. I’m guessing that there are inches to some of the sides. Since 12 inches = 1 foot, you should convert it all to feet or convert it all to inches.
So, for example, you add up all the dimensions and it comes up to 96 feet 9 inches (9 inches = .75 feet)
That is 96.75 feet * 5 = $483.75

The figure still isn’t there, just answers. Edit the question again and type in the dimensions.
a. 77 feet
b. 165 feet
c. 385 feet
d. 285 feet

If the fence is 20 feet, multiply 20×5 = $100
If the fence is 20 feet 8 inches, multply 20.8×5 = $104
