I average about 5500 text messages a month but I’m always texting the same two people and to be honest I’m getting sort of bored. One of them is my best friend but lately all she’s been texting is whiny conversations on how her parents haven’t bought her a new car yet,how she wants to buy some couple hundred dollar designer purse,makeup,wallet,ect.,how unfair her parents are for making her do her calculus homework and other annoying things that are starting to get on my nerves.
Plus we just got in an argument the other day because I bought for myself the new iPhone 4S she’s wanted for months and now shes jealous so she’s going to pretend like she hates it and like I wasted my money and blablabla.
The other person is somebody who only talks about all things android and constantly flirts with me even know he knows it drives me crazy and he’s several states away now so me being with him is never going to happen.
Anyways yeah I bought a new iPhone 4S (finally ditched my Evo Shift 4g) and now I want some new texting buddies. 🙂
The problem I’m having is I go to a really snooty school that’s pretty much 100% cliques made up of preppy rich kids who only stick around those they grew up with so I only have like 16 or so real friends and even then none of them except the previous two I mentioned text.
I like talking to people from all around the world but the problem with that is they’re in different time zones which makes communicating difficult.
I’m looking for people 17 and up.

Look for apps to meet people. There are a ton. I have an app on my android called SayHi. It shows people in your area that you can text and talk to without even giving them your number. I can’t remember the name of the two apps I have on my iPod that you could join different groups with different interests and find texting buddies that way. Try looking at social apps in iTunes. Many of them are free.
