But your final grade is simply 10/15 =~ 67%

You final grade is exactly what you said 10 out of 15. 10 / 15 = 66.66%

10/15 is exactly 2/3 which is approximately .6666 and so on, which would be 66.7% to the nearest tenth, or 67% to the nearest unit. I think you got a D+.

(10/15) (100%) = 67% correct which is a D+ or C-…not too good, I’d say.
