Sorry, I had to go searching for some sense in what you asked. This is the best I got..lol!! You could have a look at the site i got it from. At the bottom of the page it says..

yes a very light skin touch cut, would not cause bleeding but will cause pain.

well, that depends, if you’re not an alien you probably would, but if I cut you with a colderizing tool, then you would not bleed, and if you’re insane then yes, you would bleed
