• Well, if you want to do it the easy, but slightly expensive way, you can buy them from general stores ( ex. Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Imperial City, Colovian Traders in Skingrad), the store sign will usually have a picture of a purse on it, just to let you know. Assuming you haven’t bought any from them recently, they all carry 5 bear pelts at a time, which will restock as soon as you buy all 5

  Of course, you can always set off into the wilderness to find some bears to kill, and take their pelts. Though I can’t give you any specific locations to go to, so I don’t recommend this method

  If you want to save money, and don’t mind cheating, you can just buy 1 bear pelt and duplicate it using a glitch. Get at least 2 scrolls ( the more the better, but 2 is the least you need) that are the same scrolls, select them in your inventory, then drop the item you want to duplicate. If you have 2 scrolls, you’ll get 2 bear pelts on the ground, 5 scrolls, then 5 bear pelts, etc.

  You can buy scrolls from any magic shop, such as the Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City ( buy the cheapest ones you see, the type of scroll doesn’t matter, as long as they’re 2 of the same)

  i need 20 bear pelts in oblion for 360 so i can get back in to the fighters guild

• go to the two brothers store in the imperial city once yo get one go to your inventory and find scrolls you have more than one and click it how ever many times you want and without unpausing drop your bear pelts.

• Look around the area in between The Imperial City and Bruma, bears tend to be in that area more heavily than others.
