    a full wave rectifier gives a continuous D.C. current, so answer B: continuous direction, is right answer.

  • The answer would be a) for this question.But I have never heard of the term intermittent DC. Since the rectifier is full wave the answer could also be none of the above.

  • That is a trick question….it will be closer to a direct current but it won’t be constant….I suggest a) intermittent direct…..ya that’s it.

  • hmm.. i would think just having one diode would be intermittent direct.. i guess if it was a lower level class id say C and if its higher level i’d say A
