I got a letter in the mail from them saying that I was pre-approved for an auto loan anywhere between 7500 to 34986. They ask you to go to their site (creditrecoveryprogram.net) and put in the pin code received. Then write down the amount approved for on the letter and take it to Bob Rohrman dealership and they’ll accept it as payment. I do need a vehicle and was planning on possibly taking out a loan to buy a cheap car but wasn’t sure what I could do because I have a few debts from hospital bills to pay off. Does anyone know if this is legit? Or is it a scam?
Thanks for the answer but don’t be rude. I know about junk mail and scams and I’m researching it right now. It’s associated with the most popular and best reviewed dealership in the area so of course I questioned whether it could possibly be legitimate. As part of research I wanted to see if anyone else had heard of them or had any info I might not be able to find.
Throw it away.
Anything that you get in the mail, email or phone call consider a scam.
Usually the worst deals you can get.
If you ever want anything research a company first.
Sounds like your parents never tought you about junk mail.
Any car you buy would be double the costs.
Easy to con people when they don’t care about the price of the car, and just care about financing.
I received the same letter in September 2013 and I was able to purchase a car up to 34,000 with NO money down. I chose a cheaper car so my payments would be affordable for me. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima and I currently have had credit issues. This is a program to help rebuild your credit. Since my purchase and paying on time my score has gone up. So no it is not a scam. I was a little worried also. on top of that I went to a huge dealership and received this offer. Also I already currently have a car that was paid off and I did not have to trade it in or put a down payment on my new car which cost around $1800.00 with only 30,000 miles on it

I was able to get to 595 from 489 in just one day and from 489 to 748 in just a few week; that’s pretty fast in my book. Good luck!
