I don’t believe “remodelation” (or “modelation” for that matter) is actually a word … but English is a living language and, who knows, it might become one!

Although it is spelled correctly and understandable, it is not a word that I have ever heard before. It sounds like an affectation. I would stick with the more common word, remodeling, unless you are using this in a story and the character saying it regularly creates different words in an attempt to make him/erself appear more educated.
