Grammatically yes but it is not a good sentence, in that you could put it to make it soind a lot easier. Also i think its influenced by a strict patriarch sounds better than strict father.
Personally, i’d write: my family consists of four members; my mum, dad, little brother and I.
My brother and I had quite a strict upbringing in comparison to a lot of other children our age. I believe this was because my father raised us to have firm values.
