The Maunakea Access Road was closed to the public above the Visitor Information Station due to snow and icy road conditions. Furthermore, a Winter Weather Advisory was also put in place Monday, in Hawaii, in meteorological spring.

  • No it is caused by too much cold.

Climate alarmism depends on lies, fake statistics and a misunderstanding of science and history.

  • This may not be a sign of global warming, but there are several others. For example, March is usually when the weather starts getting warmer in Colorado. But this year, it is still snowing and the weather forecast on apps like Climacell shows that this cold weather streak will continue for now.

  • Snowfall is not unheard of at the higher elevations of the islands.  The access road they reference runs up to 9,000 feet above sea level.  I’m not sure why this is even newsworthy.

  • Yes.  When Arctic air masses make their way as far south as Hawaii, it’s an indication of climate change.
