I have to completely change the rear drums on a 2002 Dodge Dakota sport I also have to change the rear brake lines and then I also have to change the cylinders does anybody know of a decent price I should charge?

I’ll bet you’re going to need an oxyacetylene torch to get the rear brake drums off.

Charge by the hour. $50 to $80 an hour depending where you live. Plus cost of parts.
