it’s really weird. it’s always been that way far back as i can remember. they don’t get red or anything but they just like tear. it only happens when i lay down, usually if i’m on my side.
why is that?

It’s not unusual. The change in position can cause the tears that are on your eyes to flow out. It could mean that your tear ducts are not draining your tears properly, or that you have dryness in your eyes. Oddly enough, dryness in eyes causes watering in some people. If it’s really bothersome, you could visit an ophthalmolgist, but if it’s not something that bothers you, causes pain or irritation I wouldn’t.
