PLEASE help!! i hate myself because i’m fat?

Omg i’m crying and i can’t stop crying because i’m fat, and i’m sick and tierd of being. There is nothing i can do to lose weight because i tried everything to lose weight bt i’m still fat. I don’t want any advice for losing weight because i know none of them are going to work for me. I cry every day and i can’t stop crying, i feel really hurt because a lot very skinny girls that are size 0 tease me and make me feel like killing myself. Because they all have are skinny and have a boyfriend and it seems like everybody likes them for their body and other guys call me fat too (even guys) and NO guy ever looked at me or liked me because i’m fat probably. I mean i’ve wanting to lose weight sice along time ago. Last time i got sick because i ate less and i needed more calories and my body is not use to less calories than needed. Any advise to make me feel better about myself because i Just CAN’T stop crying . i’m really not ugly, I’m a beautiful girl. I’m not flat chested.And my вυŧŧ is nice, But i have a problem with being fat and how those girls and guys in my school call me fat everyday and make my life TERRIBLE, and no one is there for me to make me feel better. Anyways I’m 16 years old anyways. I’m 5’6 and about 190 pounds.

  • If you hate yourself because you’re fat (which you shouldn’t) then I think you either need to change your self-image or change your weight. It’s up to you, but either way it’s not easy.

    What I would suggest would be to lose 30lbs, and work on your self image while doing it. You can do it! I know you can! You’ll be healthier mentally and physically after you lose some weight.

    Start Tomorrow:

    Breakfast: poached egg whites on toast

    Snack: apple

    Lunch: cнιcκen caesar salad (no dressing), fat-free yogurt

    Snack: carrot sticks, banana

    Dinner: of your choice (but only half of what you would normally eat)

    After-Dinner: cup of decaffeinated tea

    Exercise: get some good tunes on your ipod and go for a 40min walk/jog. stretch and do abs

    ***and next time those girls say anything rude to you, tell them that you’d rather be fat than ugly. honestly, you don’t know how lucky to are to have a nice face and body shape (even though you have extra weight, it sounds like you’re very proportional….not one of those people with a huge torso and short legs,ect). Being fat is fixable. Being ugly isn’t (unless you count plastic sugery…which can only go so far)

  • If you don’t want advice, I won’t give you any… although i would have if you didnt say not to it..

    And you CAN lose weight. It absolutely IS obtainable. If you really think something is wrong with you, go to a doctor and have your thyroid hormones checked. Once it turns out that they are fine, you consult with profesionals to lose the weight.

    If you have a good face, that is a amazing. You can’t get pretty by working out. So you’ve got that part down perminently.

    Then, once you do lose weight, think about how AWESOME your self esteem will be! All those other girls were just born the way they were. You are going to feel so confident, social, and on top of the world when you are happy with your body.

    Along the way of you weight loss program, you could stay motivated by having a picture of you photoshopped to look a lot skinner. Make sure it is done by someone who can make it look realistic. Then, put that picture where you will see it every day! If you can’t stop yourself from eating, put it on the inside of your fridge. When you can SEE how hot you will look, it will make you work even harder for it. you CAN do this!

  • I’m not going to sympathize with you because you sound defeated when there is no reason to be.

    Instead, you need to find it in yourself to lose this weight- how badly do you want to be thinner? Let me say it again-

    HOW BADLY DO YOU WANT TO BE THINNER???

    If you sit around and cry about being fat, you aren’t going to change anything. Instead you are just going to feel worse and feel more sorry for yourself that you are fat. But, this doesn’t make you any less fat. If you really REALLY want to be thinner, you have to find the motivation within yourself. No one can force you to go to the gym or to eat healthier foods- this is a lifestyle choice that you must make on your own in order to improve your life.

    If you act like nothing you do is going to help you lose weight, then it will be true. Weight loss is in a big part, a frame of mind. You have to WANT it with every part of your soul. But if you change your attitude and stay positive and know that losing 60 pounds won’t happen in a week, then you are on the right track.

  • Okay..take a deep breath!

    I would say walk 30 minutes at least 4x a week. I have lost 15lbs in 6 weeks.

    This is a typical food day for me.

    Breakfast

    Hardboiled egg, two pieces of turkey bacon =200 cal

    Snack

    Cottage cheese, g ɾąքҽ s =200 cal

    Lunch

    Whole grain bread/2 slices of turkey or ham, lettuce, tomatoe, redonion and some honey mustard or a little low cal mayo.=350

    Snack

    Celery sticks and 1tablespoon of peanut butter=150

    Glass of milk 8 oz 120 cal

    Dinner

    Either ᑕнιcκen, fish or small amount of red meat for a protein serving.

    Steamed veggies and/or Salad Total=450

    Dessert

    Cup of strawberries with a drizzle of fudgesauce =150 cal

    =1620cal total.

    If I am still a bit hungry. My calorie intake is soo far below 2000 cal which would still give me weight loss.

    Somethings that save me are String cheese (90 cal) Yogurt (90cal) Special K breakfast bars (90 cal).

    Stay away from soda, even diet if possible. Drink water !! At your age you should have at least 1800 -2000 cal a day. Take a multivitamin. The most IMPORTANT thing to remember is eat what you want but watch the portions! Read the labels and measure with a measuring cup the appropriate portion. I had two pieces of pizza and a light beer last night. I dont feel guilty. I ate a healthy breakfast and a light dinner. I still was only at 1900 cal for the day.

    If you want it, eat it. Just less of it! Dont set yourself up for eating problems later on. Weightwatchers is a great program.

    I would not go below 1200 because your body will think its starving and hold on to the weight later.

    Dont think of this as a diet. Make some food changes because you want to. I bought the Biggest loser cookbook. Some great recipes there.

    Read on the internet about healthy food preparation rather than trying to get a fast fix. You can do this. Just get to walking, listen to music or walk with friend or family member.

  • I’m so so so sorry. I know how it feels. First, remember that you are so much more than what you look like. You are a human being and therefore you have worth. Teenage years are horrible for everyone– remember that those skinny girls have a whole other set of problems, everyone does. You just need to get through it.

  • Don’t eat second helpings, leave off the sweets, and cut back on your carbohydrates. That is, leave off your potatoes and cut way back on bread. Get plenty of exercise. Try not to snack unless it is fruits and vegetables. Leave off your unhealthy snack especially at night before bedtime.
