lmaoo, no, dont mean to laugh, no need to worry, its like a jamaican slang word for basically saying a few of these things , either 1. your cool, 2, your a rough guy ,dont mess around with me kinda guy or maybe he just said it to you most likely because he thinks your pretty cool
