Earlier I asked a question about where I could get a graphic tablet from, and which local stores to get around and my question now tells me “This question does not exist or is under review.”..
What on earth does this mean?..
I just asked one simple question.

Normally that means that a question was reported as a violation of the site rules (“community guidelines”), but I see that question on your profile, so it hasn’t really been deleted; looks like your getting that message was just a glitch.
I also noticed that one of the words in your question was starred out. If your question actually was deleted that would be the likely reason, the use of profanity is discouraged.

It means that either the OP deleted it or the question was reported and deleted.
Or it is a glitch, go back to see if it still says that.

It means someone who really, really takes their self-appointed role as a Site Policeman way too seriously, has reported your question.
