Last night I had a dream and the only thing I vividly remember is coughing up blood and into my hands. I know sometimes you can dream of things like that if you watch it in a movie, seen an image, etc. But I haven’t, in fact, I haven’t seen anything remotely gorey what so ever in a long time. I would be SOOOOOO happy if someone could help me come to a conclusion on this shet.
