what does au chante mademoiselle mean?

i saw it and i tryed looking it up but i dont understand it..what does it really mean?

  • It’s written wrong; it should be “enchanté, mademoiselle” = “Delighted to meet you, miss”.

  • I think it means “Pleased to meet you Madam”

  • Enchanté is “enchanted”, hence literally it means enchanted (by you) madam. Or, pleased to meet you.

  • a cantar señorita?

    I don’t know if either means :

    sing to the lady

    or

    the lady sings

    I got confused.
