THe title about says it all, but basically what does the ‘dengeki’ from dengeki daisy mean in english?

Dengeki is “electric” so basically its supposed to be something like “electric Daisy” or “electronic Daisy” since she only contacts him through a phone.

In translating the romaji, “dengeki” turns out to be “electric shock”.
