What does “Name during employment” mean when filling out a job application?

I already put my position under job function? I dont know this application is confusing.

They want the name you used while employed in case you have since gotten married or changed your name for other reasons.
Employment Application Definition
It just means what name do you wanna be called at work… Like a nickname short for your name.
I think this is in case you changed your name or got married, so your references will know who they’re being asked about!
