I have read it on many Terms of Use documents, and End User License Agreements. Also see “Set forth fully herein”. What does this line mean?
A statement from the World of Warcraft Terms of Use: “You may not share the Account or the Login Information with anyone other than as expressly set forth herein.”

It means that you do not have to go to another source or another site to get the explanations needed to understand your “contract”. Everything is right here in one place. You can not say you don’t understand. If you don’t understand , do not click on AGREE.
They don’t want you to build up a lot of points and strength …. and then sell them to someone else.
