My friends and I were coming back from a night out in NC and got pulled over by the cops. The guy who was driving the car had had one drink but because he was underage he was over the limit. (We had all been drinking.) All five of us got arrested, taken in to the station in cuffs and then let go with tickets that each had different charges. Mine said POSS MTBV/U-WN BY 19/20. What does that mean and how do I fight it? Do I need a lawyer?
