It means that you can’t be soft when you are trying to work your way up (in finances, or business, etc). When you are soft, or show love, you don’t “fight for survival” like you “need to” in business, etc. Showing love makes you share and do things for others, in that type of business you can only think about yourself.
Show No Love
It means love is a weakness. Love can be used against you and make you vulnerable. its a saying used mainly by gangsters or undercover cops. the day you take love to work will be the day you dont make it home.

i will interpret this another way, I have never seen the movie, and do not know the context it is used in.

I think it means that if you make no effort in making meaningful connections, others that do make connections, love or business, will get ahead and you will suffer.
im sure there are many ways to look at this..

but when i first read it, what came to mind was dont have feelings bcuz you’ll only end up hurt..
