I spent a few weeks In the Philippines this past summer. I am now Facebook friends with alot of Filipinos and they always use the word “Orayt” I think it may be slang? Does anyone know? Thank you 🙂

It’s a slang for “alright”.
Coming from “Orayt! Rock ‘n Roll to the world”, popularized by Ryan Rems, a Filipino stand up comedian on a noon time show as his expression.
