Im applying to be a host at applebees and on the application it says “desired wages per week” ; what does this mean? and what should I put?

If you had years of experience and were used to earning $2000 per week, you would write that in there. However, the manager at Applebee’s would know that if you did earn $2000 per week, that he couldn’t hire you. Typically, you’ll just put “Negotiable” in there. If you can negotiate for more than what he had in mind, great. Otherwise, the job usually pays whatever it pays.
