  • An RPP stands for “Reports on Plans and Priorities.” The goal of the RPP is for you to present (usually using at minimum six planning principles) the plans and which would take priority and how you would achieve each goal (using the principles.) It is a concise and coherent one, two, or even three -year plan for the organization that would outline long-term benefits for the department(s) and again how you would achieve those goals. It should also include if you have achieved those plans and how you did them and the final outcome.
