Homoletics is the science and art of Biblical preaching. I am however looking for another word or other words for this subject.

It’s “homiletics,” not “homoletics.” “Sermonizing” is another word for it.

Homiletics is the practice of analysing passages of scripture in order to understand the basic aim , truth & application .
It is often used in sermon preparation or just for personal understanding ..
