Trying to to find pairs of predominantly ionic bonds. I know an Ionic Bond is between a metal and a nonmetal, but what does it mean to be predominantly?

In fact bonds can be ionic, covalent and all shades in between.
A predominantly ionic bond will be between a typical metal and non metal eg NaCl.
An example of the other sort is silver chloride, which is why it has some properties not typical of ionic compounds.
