What’s the proper word that means the same as “receivement”?

Since ‘receivement’ is not actually a word, it’s a little difficult to come up with a word with the same meaning! Possibly receipt or acceptance, or even reception. Some examples:

You would acknowledge receipt of a parcel by signing for it.

A college you applied to would notify you of your acceptance.

Meeting your significant other’s family for the first time, you’d be pleased if they gave you a warm reception.
As far as I know, receivement is not a word. However, I would suggest thesaurus.com. If you type in the main verb, receive, the website will generate a list of synonyms that you can apply as needed 🙂
