The US has no equivalent to stamp paper (for US readers, that is paper issued by the government with a pre-printed tax stamp on it.). It just doesn’t exist here.
For legal documents, if this is something that requires certification of a signature, you would have to go to a Notary Public and pay to have the document notarized.
