Why can’t I can’t reblog from someone’s blog?

I can’t reblog anything from another person’s blog.

Most blogs I go to don’t have a reblog/like/etc. button as part of their theme, but I know a reblog button should appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen. All I see is a button that takes me back to my dash and a Follow button for the blog I’m on, even if I’m already following them. No reblog button, so I can only reblog from blogs that have one as a part of their theme.

I already tried to solve this problem. Someone said I had to go to my Chrome settings, go to content settings, under the tick box “Block third-party cookies and site data” there’s a “Manage exceptions” button and to add those blogs to the exceptions and that should allow me to reblog from them, but it didn’t work.

Any other ideas???
